Some of the nature team went pond dipping today at Hammonds Pond and found; a great diving beetle, a dragonfly larvae, bivalves, isopods, blood worms, mosquito larvae, a pondskater, a water measurer and a water boatman.

The few bits of open water that we could locate in Sussex Way provided: a great diving beetle, a leech, a smooth newt, a water snail and freshwater shrimps.
